Monitoring the Implementation of the Criminal Justice Reform in Chihuahua, the State of Mexico, Morelos, Oaxaca and Zacatecas 17 de Noviembre del 2015

The movement of transformation of the criminal justice systems in Latin America, has mexican background even before the constitutional reform of 2008. This report offers a summary of the principal findings reported in the first five states of the Mexican Republic where the adversarial criminal system was implemented.

Its contents is the result of a methodological work proposed by the Justice Studies Center of the Americas (CEJA), whose application has been promoted in more than 16 countries of the hemisphere.
